In 2020 a newly designed bistro - café awaits you with a balanced range of delicacies.

In addition to wonderful coffee specialties, homemade cakes and pastry cakes, we also serve freshly tapped light and dark

from the monastery brewery. This corresponds perfectly with the traditional - sometimes a little different - snack menu.

By the way, we were the very first to prepare tarte flambee on the Moselle itself !!! We have experience since 1997 - and you benefit from it.

But of course there is also a wonderful selection of Moselle wines and sparkling wines on tap.

Another special feature: Our bottled wines from exquisite Moselle wineries are available at winery prices - if you take the bottle with you.

If you want to drink it with us, we only charge an extra flat rate - for glasses and service.

You can enjoy all of this in our well-kept rooms and on the spacious monastery terrace.
